EDGE Capital, LLC is a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily acquisitions. We focus on acquiring underperforming assets in high growth markets. Through the collective experience, expertise and personal, business and financial relationships, the principals of EDGE Capital have quickly expanded their operations focusing on value-add multifamily projects in high growth markets, primarily in Arizona. EDGE has and continues to team up with sophisticated investors seeking to deploy capital in the multifamily sector. We are dedicated to creating wealth for our investors by capitalizing on inefficiencies found in multifamily assets in fundamentally strong markets. Through the improvement of our assets, we create better living environments for our tenants, enhancing the communities in which they live. Our operations focus on driving income, streamlining expenses and increasing overall property quality and valuation, offering our investors an opportunity to create predictable financial security through passive income in real estate.
