With humble beginnings in the single family rental space, Edge Development Group has grown into a premier commercial real estate development company in Northeast Ohio. We were founded in 2009 in the depths of the Great Recession and transitioned into commercial in 2016, seeking growth and responding to changing market dynamics. Our expertise in the single family rental space naturally progressed to a focus on modern commercial construction—and delivering the highest quality experience for clients remains our core mission.
