Dony Kuriakose

Dony Kuriakose started their career in the search industry in 1990 and went on to establish EDGE Executive Search Pvt. Ltd in 1992. As the Director & CEO, they were responsible for business strategy, key client relationships, and senior management searches. Under their leadership, EDGE grew to a 4-city presence and developed successful relationships with top companies globally. In 2003, Dony became a member of the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA) in India and later started the Delhi chapter. Dony served as the Chapter Convenor from 2003 to 2012, representing ERA in the capital.

Dony Kuriakose completed their education in a chronological order. Dony began their schooling at The Air Force School from the year 1972 until 1980. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Commerce & Accounting from Delhi University, from 1980 to 1983. Lastly, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India where they acquired the degree of Chartered Accountant between 1983 and 1986. During this period, they focused on studying Accounting, Taxation, Finance, and Corporate Law.
