Elliott Lorenz

Elliott Lorenz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Edge Focus Partners, a role held since 2017. They previously worked as an algorithmic trader and intern at multiple firms, including Caherciveen Partners LLC (Algorithmic Trader, 2011–2015), Tower Research Capital (Algorithmic Trader, 2015–2017), and a Proprietary Trading Firm (Algorithmic Trader, 2015), with internships at Towercrest Capital Management (Hedge Fund Analyst Intern, 2009–2010), Morgan Stanley (Fixed Income Trading Intern, 2010), Gelber Group LLC (Quantitative Analyst Intern, 2008), and the Cleveland Clinic (Summer Research Student, 2007). They earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University (2005–2009), an MS in Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University (2008–2009), and an MFin in Finance from Princeton University (2009–2011). They also served as Adjunct Faculty - Finance at Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago from 2018 to 2021.
