What We Do:
We are a small team of operators, investors, and advisors focused on value creation in founder-led and privately held businesses.

We work with owners in two complementary, but clearly distinct, ways.

As Business Consultants:
We work with CEOs and management teams of businesses typically under $40 million in revenue that are seeking to build value over time.

Our consulting work centers on helping owners and executives make better decisions around growth, reinvesting in the business, strengthening operations, and building long-term enterprise value, always with a practical, owner-level mindset.

As Owner-Investors:
Separate from our consulting work, we selectively acquire and operate small and mid-sized businesses where we can apply the same value-creation frameworks as long-term owners.

We pursue these investments one at a time, not as a portfolio strategy, and only where we believe we can be meaningfully involved in building a stronger business - operationally, culturally, and financially.

We are always clear about which role we are playing. We don’t blur lines, and we don’t create conflicts. Advisory engagements are advisory only. Acquisition opportunities are sourced independently.

Why do both? Because real ownership experience makes for better advice, and disciplined advisory thinking makes for better ownership.

The common thread is simple: we think like owners, because we are owners.
