Marcel Tanisaki

Marcel Tanisaki is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as Subsidiary Finance Manager and Entity CFO of Remaya at EDGE since November 2022, Marcel oversees all finance functions while reporting to the CEO of Remaya and the CFO of EDGE's T&MS cluster. Previously, at GE Renewable Energy, Marcel held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Finance Manager for Onshore Wind LATAM Services, where the financial management of a $100M+ P&L was executed, achieving a turnaround of over 190% year-over-year contribution margin. Additional responsibilities included financial planning and analysis for a $1B+ P&L and project financial oversight for numerous wind turbine installations. Marcel's career began with the Financial Management Leadership Program at GE, recognized for exceptional talent, and included an internship at Strategy&. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
