Shivani Pather is a Compliance Analyst at Edge Growth, where Shivani ensures regulatory obligations are met. Shivani also holds the title of Senior Investee Compliance Officer, managing investee companies' compliance. With experience as a Monitoring and Compliance Officer, Shivani provides support in monitoring portfolio companies. Previously, Shivani worked at FNB South Africa as an Attorney and Support Banker, offering legal support and advice. As a Candidate Attorney at Mc Naught and Company, Shivani handled property law, conveyancing matters, litigation, and various legal tasks. Shivani holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is currently pursuing a degree in Compliance Management at the University of Cape Town.
