Michaela Negus

Michaela Negus has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michaela is currently working as an Engineering Manager in Engineering Operations & Customer Success at Edge & Node since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sandia National Laboratories for a long duration from September 2012 to September 2022. During their tenure at Sandia National Laboratories, they held various roles, with their most recent role being a Senior R&D Systems Engineer. In this role, they developed trusted systems engineering models for complex systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Before Sandia National Laboratories, Michaela owned a business called 3D Prints LLC from May 2017 to November 2019. Michaela also has experience working at UNM Hospitals as part of the Emergency, Trauma, and Disaster Response team from June 2008 to December 2012.

Michaela Negus has a diverse education history. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Phoenix. Following this, in 2015-2016, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University. In 2019, Michaela participated in the Technical Management Program at UCLA Extension. In February 2020, they obtained a Disney Leadership Excellence certificate from The Disney Institute. Most recently, in 2020-2021, they completed a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
