Alexander Theodore

Alexander Theodore has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Alexander started their career as a Systems Engineer at Amadeus GTD LLC in 1999. From there, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Nortel Networks and then as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Convergent Networks. In 2002, they joined SIEMENS Mobile as a Principal Engineer and later moved to Agilysys as a Lead Technical Consultant in 2003.

In 2006, Alexander became a Practice Manager at Brocade, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they also briefly worked as a Regional Solutions Engineering Manager at SANpulse Technologies in 2011. In 2010, they joined Hitachi Data Systems as a Senior Solutions Consultant.

From 2012 to 2013, Alexander worked as a Solutions Architect at Presidio, where they provided guidance and designed data center infrastructure solutions. In 2013, they joined Edge Solutions LLC as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they focused on developing technology solutions and assisting clients with consulting services. Alexander then took on the role of Director of Technology Development in 2015, where they continued to offer technology consulting and worked on IT infrastructure architecture and development utilizing various technologies.

Recently, Alexander has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Edge Solutions LLC, beginning in October 2018. In this role, they oversee the technological direction of the company and ensures the delivery of solutions that enhance clients' businesses.

Throughout their career, Alexander has demonstrated a passion for technology and a talent for problem-solving, utilizing their expertise in areas such as IT infrastructure, automation, and hybrid computing models.

Alexander Theodore attended the University of Arizona from 1995 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. However, no specific degree was mentioned. Throughout their career, Alexander also obtained various certifications from different institutions. In 2018, they received the Nutanix Consulting Partner Installation (NCPI) Certification and the Nutanix Platform Professional (NPP) 5.0 Certification from Nutanix. In 2017, they obtained the Actifio Certified Engineer Certification from Actifio, the HCE-5420 Hitachi Vantara Certified Specialist - (HCP) Content Platform implementation Certification and the HQT-1000 Hitachi Vantara Qualified Professional - Sales foundation Certification from Hitachi Vantara. Alexander also received the HQT-2000 Hitachi Vantara Qualified Professional - Pre-sales foundation Certification, however, the institution was not specified. Alexander also obtained the Hitachi Vantara Qualified Professional - Content Platform Installation HQT-4420 (HCP Installation) Certification from Hitachi Vantara in 2017. Prior to that, in 2015, they earned the VMware Technical Solutions Professional Program - VTSP Foundation Certification from VMware and the Veeam Availability Suite v8. VMTSP - Veeam Technical Sales Professional Certification from Veeam Software. Alexander also obtained the Hitachi Data Systems Qualified Professional - Pre-sales Foundation (HAT-200) Certification from Hitachi Data Systems and the AWS Certified Developer - Associate Certification and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Certification from Amazon Web Services in 2015. In 2014, Alexander received the STS - Symantec Technical Specialist Certification from Symantec, the Symantec NetBackup Sales Expert - SSE Certification from Symantec, and the Symantec NetBackup Sales Expert+ - SSE+ Certification from Symantec. In 2012, they achieved the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Certification and the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Certification from Red Hat, the NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer-SAN and Virtualization (NCIE-SAN) Certification from NetApp, the Hitachi Data Systems Certified Professional Certification from Hitachi Data Systems, and the NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator (NCDA) Certification from NetApp.
