Rodrigo Lobo currently serves as COO at Edge.uol since December 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Engineering & Operations at Compasso UOL from April 2019 to December 2021, where the focus was on transforming the engineering team's culture to enhance customer satisfaction through agile methodologies. Prior to this, Rodrigo accumulated extensive experience at UOL DIVEO from 1999 to 2019, managing roles such as General Manager of Engineering and Security, overseeing cost control, team training, cloud architecture optimization, and policy development. Other roles there included Network & Telecom Engineering Manager, System Specialist, and Network Specialist, showcasing a strong background in network management, cloud solutions, and infrastructure enhancements. Rodrigo holds multiple advanced degrees in business administration and computer science, having studied at institutions including USP, University of La Verne, FGV, and Universidade Cidade de São Paulo.
