Edge Wealth Management, LLC ("Edge") was founded by Matt Weinberg and Doug Spitz in the fall of 2006. We are a registered investment advisor (“RIA”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As an RIA, we are a fiduciary using a fee-based model as opposed to a commission-based platform.
