Roger Hauptman

Roger Hauptman has over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Roger began their legal career in 1993 as an Attorney at Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe. In 1995, they moved to Reinhart Boerner as an Attorney. From 2001 to 2003, they were Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig. In 2003, they became the Owner/Attorney of Hauptman, LLC, a corporate and transactional attorney representing start-up to mid-market firms. In 2010, they joined EDGE 3 Technologies as the VP Corporate Development/General Counsel. In 2014, they co-founded Certified506.com, an accredited investor certification platform.

Roger Hauptman attended Jericho High School before obtaining an A.B. in Political Science from Duke University between 1986 and 1990. Roger then went on to study Political Science at the University of Oxford from 1988 to 1989. Finally, they obtained a JD in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Michigan Law School between 1990 and 1992.
