Hersh Patel

Hersh Patel is a current student at Rutgers Business School, expected to graduate in May 2026, with a diverse background in venture capital and finance. Currently serving as an Incoming Venture Associate at EdgeCase Capital Partners, Hersh also holds positions as a Venture Deal Flow Intern at SoundBoard Venture Fund and as a Venture Scout at both GoAhead Ventures and LvlUp Ventures. Participation in the GenUnion Spring 2024 Cohort further enhances skills in finance, alongside a role as Treasurer for Beat to Breathe. Previous experience includes working as a Private Equity Analyst at LotusData and managing finances at the Center for Gastroenterology & Hepatology. Education began at John P. Stevens High School, where a diploma was obtained in July 2022.
