Frank Dicks

Frank Dicks is an experienced professional in the data center management and critical systems field, currently serving as Regional Manager for EdgeConneX since May 2017, overseeing daily operations for nine data centers and managing critical maintenance. Prior to this role, Frank held positions including Chief Engineer for a new data center project in Elk Grove Village, Sr Critical Systems Technician at Ascent, LLC., and Assistant Critical Facilities Manager at Lee Technologies, where significant vendor management and operational reporting were executed. Frank's foundational experience began at Grainger as Facilities Supervisor, managing a large team and facility. Frank holds an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences from William Rainey Harper College and completed high school at Rolling Meadows High School.
