Nicole Meade

Nicole Meade has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nicole currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure. Prior to this, they worked at Partners Group as a Global Human Resources Business Partner, where they led the Americas HR team and successfully transformed the team set-up and delivery. Before that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at FirstPort (UK), the UK's largest residential property management company. Nicole also has experience as an HR Project Manager at TMP Worldwide and as an HR Assistant at Sprenger Health Care System. Additionally, they worked as the owner/sales executive at Wellness Professionals Ltd and as a Recruitment Consultant at Aerotek. Nicole'sexperience showcases their expertise in HR, leadership, team transformation, and continuous improvement.

Nicole Meade obtained an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management (Chartered MCIPD) from BPP University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Malone University in 2004. Nicole also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kent State University, which they completed in 1998. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including being a SHRM Member since 2016, a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) since 2015, a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming since 2013, and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 2011.
