Chris Laneve

Chris Laneve is the current Director of Production at Edgefactory, and has been with the company since March 2016. Prior to their current position, Chris served as the company's General Manager and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production floor.

During their time at Edgefactory, Chris has played a key role in meeting and raising the company-wide profitability, customer satisfaction, and talent resource acquisition goals. Chris has also achieved significant improvements in overall efficiency and gross profit on new and recurring business.

Chris is known for their ability to maintain open and effective lines of communication with employees, contractors, and clients to ensure efficiency, quality, and satisfaction. Chris is also skilled in managing production projects and providing information to clients and management with regard to delivery dates, schedules, and operational challenges and solutions.

In addition to their production responsibilities, Chris also serves as the Recruitment and Mentoring program coordinator for Edgefactory. In this role, they are responsible for identifying and recruiting new talent for the company, as well as providing mentorship and support to employees throughout their careers.

Chris Laneve has an Associate's Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Valencia College and a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from Lake-Sumter Community College.

Some direct reports include Shaun Paikai - Editor & Production Specialist, Toffer Lang - Production Assistant. Chris Laneve reports to Brian Cole, President & CEO. They are on a team with Tyler Fite - Art Director, Aaron Pressman - Director, Operations, and Keven Leonard - VP, Finance.
