Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Thermal Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Adhar also holds an NCC A certificate and a Certificate in Computer Applications.
