Manoj Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Manoj started their career as a Trainee Engineer at Hindustan Synthetic Fibres Ltd in 1990. Manoj then moved on to Usha Amorphous Metals Ltd, where they worked as an Assistant Manager-Applications, focusing on the development of prototype Amorphous Metal Cores for transformers.
In 1996, Manoj joined Caryaire Equipments India Pvt Ltd as a General Manager, where they headed the manufacturing operations and established a manufacturing facility in Pune. Manoj also dealt with government bodies for legal and statutory requirements.
After leaving Caryaire, Manoj worked at Flakt India Ltd, Nutech Engineering Technologies Ltd, and as a Self Employed Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Designer, holding positions such as Plant Head and being responsible for manufacturing operations and managing timely dispatch of products.
At Greenheck India Pvt Ltd, Manoj served as a Plant Head, overseeing the establishment of a new manufacturing facility for fire dampers and axial fans. Manoj played a key role in equipment selection and ensuring adherence to world-class standards.
Most recently, Manoj joined Edgetech Air Systems Pvt Ltd as the Head of Operations-Plant.
Throughout their career, Manoj has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
Manoj Gandhi attended S.D.A. Mission School Hapur from 1966 to 1979. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study.
Later, from 1983 to 1990, Manoj attended the Engineering Institute of Leningrad Russia. Manoj successfully completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Electrical machines.
In 2017, Manoj obtained a certification in "Managing Your Time" from LinkedIn. The certification was obtained in March 2017.
