Seth started in 2006 as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Whirlpool Corporation before working as a Landscaper at DeVisser Landscape Services from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they became a Retail Sales Associate at Office Depot, where they excelled in providing exceptional customer service and developing product expertise. Seth joined Edgewater Automation in 2009 as a Sales Support member, then transitioned to Marketing Manager in 2012 before becoming the Marketing Director in 2020. In 2017, they took on the role of Vice President of Marketing at Edgewater Safety Systems. Throughout their career, Seth has demonstrated versatility and a strong focus on marketing and sales roles.

Seth attended Lake Michigan Community College from 2005 to 2007 and earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Seth then pursued further studies at Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Business.
