LaKeysha Freeny, MSN, FNP-C, MSA, HFA, BSN, RN, is a highly experienced family nurse practitioner currently serving at Edgewater Health since 2022, focusing on patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescription across the lifespan. Concurrently, LaKeysha has been a nurse practitioner at GREAT LAKES PULMONARY & SLEEP ASSOCIATES, INC since August 2020, conducting home visits and inpatient care for pulmonary patients. Additionally, LaKeysha has extensive experience managing a staff of 60-80 employees as a family nurse practitioner and health facility administrator at Pediatric, Infant and Family Home Health Care Specialist since 2006. Previous roles include clinical liaison at Attuned Care and registered nurse at Methodist Hospitals, along with experience in rehabilitation as an assistant administrator. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from Indiana University Northwest and a Master's degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University, complemented by multiple bachelor's degrees in nursing and business administration from Valparaiso University and Hawaii Pacific University.
