Shanell Hightower possesses extensive experience in mental health, education, and administrative roles. As a Therapist II at Edgewater Health since January 2021, Shanell conducts assessments, diagnoses individuals, and collaborates on treatment plans, while also providing therapy to students and attending IEP meetings. Previous experience includes office administration at War Ready Ministries and serving as a Special Education Teacher at School City of Hammond, where Shanell managed a diverse group of students facing various challenges. Additional roles have included case management, as well as administrative support in payroll and financial reporting in multiple educational institutions. Shanell holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management, along with other relevant educational qualifications.
