Michael Kirkpatrick

Michael Kirkpatrick is co-founder and Board Manager of Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC. In this role, he provides support for Edgewater’s Senior Management Team and ensures a strong infrastructure is maintained to serve both our customers and our professional staff.

Michael is a former Detachment Commander in the U.S. Army, with more than 30 years of experience in the commercial nuclear power industry, including support of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), and the U.S. Department of Energy’s nuclear complex. Co-founding Edgewater in 2003, his specialties include government contracting, personnel management, operational readiness, the systematic approach to training, and the qualification of nuclear facility personnel.
