Bryan Phipps

Bryan Phipps is an experienced professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of External Packaging at Edgewell Personal Care since February 2014, where responsibilities include facilities, engineering, high-speed assembly, packaging, display packaging, and warehouse operations. Prior to this role, Bryan worked at Schick (Energizer Personal Care) from June 2008 to February 2014 in various positions including Global Project Manager and Packaging Superintendent. Bryan's career also includes experience as an Airframe Design Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft from October 2004 to June 2008 and as a Nuclear Engineer at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard from February 2002 to September 2004. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with an expected completion in May 2025.
