James Erasmus

James Erasmus has over twenty years of management and technical experience in environmental health, safety, and sustainability. Currently serving as VP of Operations Environmental Health Safety Sustainability at KPS Capital Partners since March 2019, James also holds the position of Global Director Health Safety Environmental and Sustainability at Edgewell Personal Care, a role held since 2001. Previously, James was the Director of Global HSES at Energizer, overseeing five EHS Managers and establishing global EHS strategies. James's career began at The Stanley Works, where responsibilities included managing environmental health and safety activities for 43 sites globally, developing metrics for performance measurement, and implementing improvement strategies. James holds a degree from Central Connecticut State University.
