Mariela Biber

Mariela Biber currently serves as R&D Director at Edgewell Personal Care, a position held since March 2015, following roles as Sr. R&D Manager and Associate Manager in Feminine Care R&D. In this capacity, Mariela leads a team of six, focusing on product improvement and efficiency programs. Previously, Mariela held the position of R&D Manager at Edgewell, overseeing the R&D department at the Dover site and managing multiple technical projects. Prior experience includes serving as Global Technical Innovation Manager at SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company from 2008 to 2015, where Mariela directed multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic solutions and ensure global market readiness, as well as working as an R&D Product Developer to create innovative solutions based on consumer needs. Mariela Biber earned a degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 1999 and 2003.
