Nicholas S.

Nicholas S. is an accomplished quality engineer with extensive experience in materials science and engineering. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer in the Blades Value Stream at Edgewell Personal Care since July 2022, Nicholas leads quality team members and collaborates with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Metallurgical Engineer in Research & Development at ALD Thermal Treatment, Inc., where expertise was provided in metallurgical processes and technical support, as well as training personnel across multiple locations. Nicholas also gained valuable research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on the microstructure of boron-containing cast irons. Nicholas holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering and two Bachelor's degrees in Materials Science and Engineering and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, entrepreneurial ventures were undertaken from 2008 to 2020, along with a brief stint as a busboy at Piccolo Sogno in 2014.
