Pedro Rivera

Pedro Rivera has extensive experience in business development and supply chain management across various roles within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Business Head for Edgewell Personal Care in Puerto Rico since August 2025, Pedro previously held significant positions at MARS Caribbean & Central America as a Customer Development Leader and Distributor Development Manager. At B. Fernández & Hnos Inc., Pedro was responsible for the $70M product portfolio for major accounts and developed marketing plans for brands generating over $57M in annual sales. Additional experience includes supply chain management roles at SWIRL Corporation/Nestle Professional and CORDIALSA BORICUA EMPAQUE, INC., where Pedro effectively managed inventory and distribution operations. Pedro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
