Leslie Thier

Leslie Thier is an experienced educator currently serving as a teacher at Edgewood Independent School District since August 2016. Leslie's involvement in professional organizations includes membership in Kappa Delta Pi since September 2015, where participation in social events and community service has been demonstrated through the donation of books to SAreads. Additionally, Leslie has been an active member of The National Society of Leadership and Success since December 2014, participating in numerous meetings and leadership training programs. Prior teaching experience includes a summer program at Grace Point Church in 2016 and a position as a substitute teacher at Edgewood ISD from December 2015 to May 2016. Earlier work experience includes a role as a backstocker at Hollister Co. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies of early childhood through sixth grade from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned in 2015.
