Edgewood Management
Edgewood Management is not only the leading name in affordable and mixed-income property management across the East Coast but also a symbol of innovation and an unyielding pursuit of modern property management in the industry. With a legacy dating back to 1971, we have grown and adapted, continually pushing the boundaries of what's possible by creating vibrant, inclusive, and economically accessible communities. Our success is not merely measured by numbers or rankings—though we have been consistently recognized among the top property management companies by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). It's our camaraderie, team culture, and shared values that set us apart. At Edgewood, caring extends beyond our residents, clients, and partners. We care for our associates as if they were family, nourishing a workplace culture that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and an unwavering drive to achieve more together.
