Donna Valencia-Walker has extensive experience in property management, with a focus on overseeing the operations of various communities. Donna then joined Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2008 as a District Manager, overseeing six communities that included luxury and affordable housing programs.
In 2009, Donna became an Asset Manager at LEDIC Management Group, where they managed up to 36 communities, including Luxury Conventional, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Section 8 properties. Donna successfully led the lease-up of three properties, including a new tax credit property. Donna continued their career as a Regional Property Manager at Drucker and Falk in 2013, overseeing the operational management of five communities within the DC Metro Area, including properties in receivership or under management takeovers.
Donna's experience expanded further when they joined Vantage Management Inc. in 2016 as a Senior Vice President of Operations. Donna was later promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing the operations of the company. In this role, they managed a portfolio of 110 communities totaling 10,115 units across multiple states, including Conventional, LIHTC, Home & Project Based Section 8 Housing.
Currently, Donna is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Edgewood Management, where they continue to lead the operational management of 110 communities within the DC Metro Area, as well as other states. Donna'sresponsibilities include driving value through effective leadership, financial oversight, and innovative business strategies. Donna also mentors and develops middle management, manages major vendor relationships, and serves on the Health Trustee Committee as a board member.
