Marcus D. Smith is an experienced maintenance technician with a strong background in various aspects of building maintenance. Currently serving as the Lead Maintenance Technician at Vie Management since November 2021, Marcus has also contributed as a Maintenance Technician at Edgewood Management since September 2014 and previously worked at Edmonson & Gallagher from April 2009 to February 2014. Responsibilities include turning over vacant units, installing garbage disposals and light fixtures, laying floor tile, and repairing leaks. Marcus holds a Universal CFE Certification in HVAC from Neighborhood Organized Work, Inc. and possesses a High School Diploma from Cardozo Senior High.
