Jeff Chopin

Jeff Chopin currently serves as President at Edgewood Partners, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Executive Vice President of Property Management at Shannon Waltchack from January 2018 to December 2023. Jeff's real estate expertise was further developed during tenure as Real Estate Manager at Foothills Real Estate Group from January 2009 to December 2017, along with earlier experience as a Project Engineer at Pinkard Construction from January 2007 to December 2008. Jeff holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Loyola University New Orleans, complemented by coursework as a Visiting Student at NYU Stern School of Business.
