Peter Williams

Peter Williams has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Peter began their career as a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse in 1990, where they worked until 1996. Peter then joined Imperium as a Project Manager/Senior Developer and stayed with the company until 2002. In 2003, Peter worked as a Team Lead - Internet Survey Product at Greenfield Online. Peter then served as an Application Architect/Project Manager at Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc from 2004 to 2007. Peter's next role was at the Maryland Transportation Authority, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2010. Peter then transitioned to the role of Consultant at the Department of Education from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Peter worked as an Engagement Manager at Synteractive Corporation. Finally, they joined Edgeworth Economics, L.L.C in 2012 and is currently serving as the Director of IT.

Peter Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and Philosophy from Boston College, which they completed between 1986 and 1990. Peter then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2022 and 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Peter Williams has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2011, they earned the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from EXIN. In 2020, they achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
