As the Founder of Edgica since January 2017, Ruslan leads efforts in designing and developing innovative applications across various platforms, emphasizing cutting-edge technologies and timely market delivery. Prior to Edgica, Ruslan served as Managing Director at Softengi GmbH, focusing on business development and sales growth. Ruslan's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as CEO and Managing Partner of Softengi, where management and strategic marketing contributed to the company’s expansion to around 200 employees and six international locations by 2015. An earlier career at Softline included roles such as Vice President and Director of international projects, where Ruslan impacted business development and project management in the telecommunications sector. Ruslan holds multiple MBA degrees and a Master's in Mathematics, positioning a strong academic foundation in conjunction with practical expertise in the IT industry.
