Allison Wyatt

Allison Wyatt is the Co-Founder and Partner at Edgility Consulting. Allison has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has held leadership positions at both KOYA Leadership Partners and Edgility Consulting. Allison has a proven track record in building and developing HR departments, initiatives, and programs that fuel organizational growth. Allison has also led the hiring and on-boarding process for new staff members, and has established performance evaluation and professional development planning processes. In addition, Allison has conducted market analysis to inform annual salary budgeting, and has developed and implemented employee handbooks and policies.

Allison Wyatt has an MBA in Business from the MIT Sloan School of Management as well as a BA in East Asian Studies from Wesleyan University. Allison is also certified in Entelo Basics and Recruiting Automation Pro from Entelo Academy, and has a sHRBP certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
