Christina Greenberg is the Co-Founder and Partner at Edgility Consulting, an Oakland, CA based firm that provides executive search and talent management strategy services to education nonprofits, school organizations and social venture companies. Christina has over fifteen years of experience in the education sector, with a focus on admissions, enrollment management, and talent development. Prior to co-founding Edgility Consulting, Christina served as the Director of Admissions and Strategic Partnerships for Bay Area at New Leaders for New Schools, a national nonprofit that develops outstanding school leaders to transform schools and increase student achievement. Christina also served as a Board Member for Lighthouse Community Public Schools, an innovative charter school serving a predominantly first generation college student population in East Oakland. At Lighthouse, Christina served as Chair of Academic Accountability Committee, Chair of Talent/HR Committee and member of Governance Committee. Christina has a deep commitment to educational equity and has facilitated Head of School search pro bono on behalf of the board. Christina holds a BA from Vassar College and an MA in Education from Stanford University.

Christina Greenberg received their MPA from Princeton University in Public Affairs. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles in Political Science and a degree from Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Political Science and Government.
