Hadley Kornacki

Hadley Kornacki is a Principal at Edgility Consulting. Before that, they were the head of school and director of recruitment and outreach at Steward Outdoor School from June 2017 to June 2021.

Steward Outdoor School is a unique opportunity for high achieving middle school students to learn and live away from their regular school for a semester or a year. Similar to existing high school semester schools, Steward fulfills and enhances required academic courses, allowing students to remain on-track academically: Steward’s rigorous curriculum aligns with traditional academic courses while particularly focusing on hands-on environmental science and ethics.

Students spend at least four weeks of each semester on outdoor adventure expeditions. Learning how to live in intentional community with a focus on sustainable practices is at the core of this program. Students leave Steward with a stronger sense of self, prepared to think critically, communicate effectively, organize themselves independently, and be the leaders and stewards of tomorrow.

Steward is a program of Incarnation Camp and Conference Center, a non-profit 501(c)(3) with a 130+ year legacy of delivering life-changing education, retreat and camping programs to thousands of youth and adults from across the country and around the world each year.

Hadley Kornacki attended Pitzer College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Art. Hadley then attended Sierra Nevada University, where they earned a Master of Arts in Teaching.
