Serena Moy is a Principal at Edgility Consulting, where Serena brings practice and structure in alignment with values through consulting and executive search practices. With previous experience as a Human Resources and Talent Management Consultant at Redwood Circle Consulting and Moy Consulting, Serena has worked with a variety of clients in the education sector. Serena has also served as a Consultant at New Leaders for New Schools and Director of Human Resources at KIPP Foundation. Serena holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
