Anne Pease

Anne Pease is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at the Edhec Endowment Fund since June 2023, Anne has held the position of CEO and member of the Executive Board at Groupe Numen since 2012, overseeing 900 employees across multiple companies in Europe and Madagascar. Previously, Anne was a board member responsible for finance, HR, and support functions at Groupe Ifop, a leading marketing research firm. Anne's early career included financial leadership roles at Egg Banking Plc and Zebank, as well as significant positions at LCL (Crédit Lyonnais) and Ernst & Young. Anne holds an EDHEC degree in Finance and has shown expertise in digital transformation, business process outsourcing, and financial reporting throughout a diverse career.
