Billy Salha

Billy Salha serves as the Directeur général/CEO of Fleury Michon since November 2019 and has been a Professor of Strategy and Director of Top Exec Programs at EDHEC since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Billy held various positions at BIC from 2000 to 2018, including General Manager Europe, General Manager for the Global Shaver Business Unit, and Marketing Director for the same division. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing & Finance Manager at Mars from 1994 to 1999. Academically, Billy holds an MSc in Business from HEC Paris (1989-1993) and a PhD in Management Sciences from Sorbonne IAE (2005-2007), furthering studies at Sorbonne Universités from 2005 to 2007.
