Bryan Sergeant

Bryan Sergeant is an experienced business leader and consultant, currently serving as CEO of Innovex Management since January 2003, where expertise is focused on coaching and mentoring business leaders in strategy development. In addition, Bryan co-founded and acts as Managing Partner at EDI Partners Ltd, providing guidance to high-tech and deep-tech businesses. Significant leadership roles include Chairman at Nevaya, where strategic restructuring led to substantial growth, and Founder of Dinner4Good, a charity fundraising platform that registered over 700 charities. Earlier experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Bristol & London plc, CEO roles within UK Government subsidiaries and IT Outsource, Operations Director for a £600 million telecom startup, and foundational involvement with uSwitch.com. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath and a DipM in Marketing from the University of the West of England.
