Toni Diaz

Toni Diaz has extensive experience in various roles within customer service and education management. Currently serving as a Server at Edible Beats since May 2018, Toni contributes to a gastro-pub setting that emphasizes farm-to-table practices and live entertainment. As a Founding Sister of the Akasa chapter of Mu Sigma Upsilon Sorority, Inc., established in 2013, Toni plays a significant role in the organization's community engagement. Previous experience includes serving as a Server/Sales at Atomic Cowboy LLC, where Toni excelled in enhancing guest experiences and training new staff. Toni also held positions at Boulder Preparatory High School as Registrar & Business Manager, supporting at-risk youth, and as Advising Assistant at Front Range Community College, aiding students with administrative tasks. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from the University of Colorado Denver and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Front Range Community College.
