Zachary Sapinsley

Zachary Sapinsley is a versatile professional with experience in various roles across different industries. Since April 2021, Zachary has been a Waiter at Edible Beats, applying skills in food science and communication to enhance customer service at a sustainability-focused restaurant. Concurrently, as a Vaccine Specialist at Highline Medical Services Inc, Zachary administers COVID-19 vaccines and antigen tests. Previous roles include founding a community yoga company as a Yoga Instructor, serving on the ski patrol at Breckenridge Ski and Sport, and instructing youth leadership programs at Camp Ramah. Zachary also led immersive trips for Birthright Israel and contributed to cardiovascular research as a Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Michigan.
