Yousef Qasem

Yousef Qasem has a diverse range of experience in the IT field. Yousef began their career in 2006 as a Computer Hardware and Software Repair Consultant at Alamo Computer Consulting, where they provided troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for computers. Yousef then moved on to Unisys-Insight Global in 2006 as a Computer Hardware Repair Consultant, specializing in hardware replacement and troubleshooting for desktops and laptops.

In 2007, Yousef joined Texans Credit Union as a Systems Support Specialist, where they gained extensive help desk experience and was promoted to an advanced level III support role within 3 months. Yousef also managed projects related to disaster recovery and the implementation of the JetAdmin HP printer server.

Yousef's next role was at Matson Navigation-Robert Half in 2011 as an ESS Engineer, focusing on enterprise information systems and support.

In 2012, they joined CSE Insurance Group as a Systems Administrator, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting systems.

Yousef then transitioned to Talix in 2016, starting as an Information Technology Manager and later becoming a Senior IT Manager. Yousef'sresponsibilities included overseeing IT operations and managing projects.

Most recently, Yousef worked at Edifecs as an Associate IT Director, a role they held from 2016 onwards.
