Alex Deaton is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a project manager at EDIFICE since September 2019, Alex has also held project management and assistant project management roles at Shelco, LLC, from March 2014 to September 2019. Prior experience includes working as an estimator at Gates Construction Company and as a research assistant at UNC Charlotte, contributing to the Integrated Remote Sensing and Visualization (IRSV) System for Transportation Infrastructure Operations and Management. Alex began the professional journey as an engineering intern at NCDOT, gaining hands-on experience in various roadway projects. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2012.
