Shawn Berting, LEED AP, currently serves as a Project Manager at EDIFICE since May 2015, following a tenure as an Assistant Project Manager at Clancy & Theys Construction Company from June 2007 to May 2015, where the Jennette's Pier project in Nags Head, NC, stood out as particularly notable. Prior to this, Shawn worked as an Ocean Rescue Lifeguard for the Town of Carolina Beach from May 2001 to August 2006, ensuring the safety of beachgoers under the Police Department's oversight. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Appalachian State University, attending from 2005 to 2007.
