Kyle Speight has extensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at EDIFICE Construction since October 2021, Kyle previously held similar roles at Landmark Builders, Inc. and Tyler 2 Construction, Inc. spanning from April 2019 to October 2021 and May 2016 to April 2019, respectively. Before advancing to project management, Kyle was a Project Coordinator at Tyler 2 Construction from January 2010 to July 2013, and worked as an Assistant Superintendent at LVS Construction from December 2006 to January 2008. The experience also includes owning a home improvement business from 2009 to 2010, where remodeling projects encompassed restaurants and residential spaces. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science and Construction Management with a minor in Business from Appalachian State University, completed in 2009, and graduated from Albemarle High School in 2004.
