Alastair Williamson

Alastair Williamson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing technological operations and services. Currently serving as the Business Applications and Data Services Manager at Edinburgh Airport since April 2016, Alastair has previously held the position of IT Services Manager at Dobbies Garden Centres plc from July 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing IT support and technical projects while collaborating with the IT Director on strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Alastair served as Head of IT at Tiso Group Ltd from 1999 to 2011, managing all aspects of Group IT and contributing to executive-level decision-making. Alastair holds a BSc (Hons) in Astronomy and Physics from the University of St Andrews, earned between 1994 and 1998.
