Myles Grima

Myles Grima has extensive experience in airport operations and management, starting as a Security Officer at Heathrow in 2006. Myles worked their way up to roles such as VIP Operations Manager, Resilience Business Partner, and Business Resilience Manager. In 2018, Myles moved to Edinburgh Airport, where they held various positions including Senior Operations and Resilience Manager, Head of Airport Operations, and currently serves as the Head of Airport Operations and Service.

Myles Grima completed a BSc in Psychology with Philosophy from St Mary's University, Twickenham in 2010. Later, between 2022 and 2025, they pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Edinburgh Business School. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as Multi-Agency Gold Incident Command in 2017, APM introductory certificate in 2016, Certificate in Internal Workplace Mediation in 2016, Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) in 2013, and Level 2 Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills in 2006.
