Pavel Halas

Pavel Halas is an accomplished professional in route development and aviation management, currently serving as a Senior Aviation Manager at Edinburgh Airport since June 2014. With a strong track record in managing the Route Development process, Pavel has successfully delivered annual passenger targets, contributed to five-year plans, and led preparations for major Routes Conferences. Experience spans various roles within Edinburgh Airport, including Senior Route Development Specialist and Route Development Specialist, where expertise in aviation tools and data analysis was utilized to identify opportunities and secure airline engagements. In addition to aviation, Pavel has served as an ice-hockey referee in the Elite Ice Hockey League, enhancing communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
